BRAY MUNICIPAL DISTRICT SECTION 12 ROADS ACT 1993 PROPOSED ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF PUBLIC ROAD AT PINEWOOD CLOSE, BRAY, CO WICKLOW
Bray Municipal District proposes that the following public road shall be abandoned
Portion of public road at Pinewood Close, Bray, Co Wicklow.
A Map indicating the above mentioned public road can be inspected at the offices of Bray Municipal District, Main Street, Bray, Co Wicklow
Times of inspection are as follows:
Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Wednesday 16th March till Monday 18th April excluding public and bank holidays.
Objections or representations regarding the proposed abandonment of the above mentioned public road must be received in writing by the undersigned on or before 12 noon on Tuesday 3rd May 2016.
Objections/representations should be clearly marked, “Proposed Abandonment of portion of public road at Pinewood Close, Bray, Co Wicklow. In making their objections/representations an individual may request an oral hearing in order that they may state their case to the person conducting such oral hearing.
