Bray Boxing Club
The club originally was founded in 1996, and over the years has gone from strength to strength. The club runs out of their newly refurbished boxing gym down the harbour. The club has had great success and is the training ground of Katie Taylor, our three times World Champion and winner of an Olympic Gold Medal. The club made history in 2012 when it became the first boxing club in the world to have both a male and female boxer at the same Olympics when Adam Nolan joined Katie on the Irish Boxing Team.

Bray Wanderers
The Carlisle Grounds in Bray is home to Bray Wanderers Bray’s Airtricity Premier Division Soccer Team, known locally as “The Seagulls”. If you would like to take in some premier division soccer while visiting Bray, check out our fixture list, visitors are always warmly welcomed.
Bray Emmets
Bray Emmets Gaelic Athletic Club is one of the largest sports clubs in the town. The history of the club history dates back to 1885, when the first recorded Bray Emmets team played Dalkey in a field at the Vevay in 1885. Bray made their first championship appearance at Courtfoyle (near Ashford) on April 18th 1887. They beat Rathnew 0-5 to 0-1.
During the summer months the club runs Cúl Camps for children thus ensuring an endless supply of top quality hurling and football players.

Shoreline Leisure Centre
At the shoreline leisure centre one can expect to find first class fully accessible leisure facilities with experienced and friendly staff. Facilities include a 25m swimming pool, learner pool, two group fitness studios, four floodlit astro-pitches, sauna and steam rooms. The state of the art centre is a focal point for fitness, health and well being. Experienced and highly qualified staff are always available to visitors. Wicklow Archers
Wicklow Archers is one of Ireland’s biggest archery clubs. Archery is a sport for all ages and abilities; Wicklow Archers endeavours to promote the growth of the sport, both the recreational and competitive aspects and supports archers trying to achieve the highest standards in the sport.
Wicklow Archers boast excellent facilities, with a spacious indoor hall in Shoreline in Greystones for the weekly club night, an outdoor target range and one of the toughest field courses in Europe. They host a number of competitions throughout the year both indoor and field and pride themselves on producing some of Ireland’s top archers.

Bray Hockey Club
Bray Hockey Club has been been around for 20 years and is now firmly established and is one of the largest Hockey Clubs in Wicklow. They compete at all levels within National and Provincial Hockey. Hockey is a popular sport for both Men and Women and a great way to keep fit and work on your fitness and health. Bray Hockey Club are always looking for new members whether it be the complete novice or seasoned player! The Bray Hockey Club are a friendly bunch so why not come to one of their training sessions, and have a go, training is on Tuesday and Thursdays from 7pm at Loreto Bray. East Coast Cyclones
East Coast Cyclones are Wicklows first Roller Derby Team. Roller Derby is an exciting contact sport, played by two teams who roller skate around a track, trying to out lap the other team, and hinder their progress. The East Coast Cyclones (ECC) are always on the lookout for new females members, as well as referees and non skating members. All they required is some enthusiasm and that you are 18+.
