Cathaoirleach of Wicklow County Council, Cllr Aoife Flynn Kennedy, welcomed the opening of the 2024 grants saying: “This is a most welcome opportunity for our sports clubs to access funding to support the participation of their members. Sport plays such a significant role in the lives of people in Wicklow and I would encourage all clubs to apply.”
