Starting at 4.15am, and crossing the line just as dawn is breaking, the phenomenon that is Darkness Into Light, our annual 5km walk/run, will celebrate its seventh year on Saturday, May 9th 2015, with 80 venues across Ireland and beyond lined up.
Pieta House provides a free, therapeutic approach to people who are in suicidal distress and those who engage in self-harm.

Bray is perfect backdrop for what promises to be another morning to remember along the town’s famous seafront. If last year is anything to go by Bray is the place to be!

Starts at Putland Road turning right at the Vevay Road Junction > Church Road > King Edward Road > at the Herbert Road Junction turn right and continue straight onto Quinnsboro Road > Galtrim Road > Seapoint Road > all the way to Strand Road before finishing at the Bandstand

Important Information:
1. You MUST print your receipt and bring it on the morning to pick up your t-shirt.
2. Late registration on the morning does not guarantee a t-shirt.
3. Please arrive by 4am. Please also allow time for parking.
4. Bring your torch.
5. Please respect traffic wardens and follow any instructions on arrival.
6. Please place any litter in bins provided.
7. There will be no storage for personal items during event, so please come ready to walk/run.
