Public Consultation on former Heritage building in Bray

The public is asked to give their views on the future use of the Heritage Building in Bray as part of a consultation process. The Heritage building, which is in the ownership of Wicklow County Council, is located on the corner of Bray Main Street and Seapoint Road.  It was constructed in the 1840s and extended in the mid to late 1900s. It is registered on the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (16301263) and Protected Structures (B46).  Over the years the building has been used as a Courthouse, Heritage Centre and Tourist Office.

Wicklow County Council would now like to hear the public’s ideas on the future use of this building.

Submissions are invited from members of the public and can be made in one of the following ways:

The closing date for receipt of Submissions is 12 pm on Friday, April 21st 2023.

Wicklow County Council values the opinion of all stakeholders, residents and members of the public and welcomes all feedback which will assist in determining the future of this building.
