Monitoring and response: We monitor all our social sites regularly and endeavour to respond to any comments or queries from users within 48 to 72 hours, where applicable.

Endorsements: Likes, shares, or reposts are not endorsements. If we share content, it is only because we feel it is of interest to our users/followers.
